The national flage of bangladesh. 

 The national flage of bangladesh (বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় পতাকা) was adopted offcially on 17 january 1972.it consists of a red disc on top of a green field ,offset slightly toword the hoist so that it appears centred when the the flag es flying.The red disk represents the sunrise in Bengal and the blood of those who die for the independence of Bangladesh. Green field represents the green culture of Bangladesh. The flag is similar to the flag of Japan, the image of the red disc of white color is different from the flag of Japan.La bandera se basa en una bandera similar utilizada durante la Guerra de Liberación de Bangladesh de 1971, que tenía un mapa amarillo del país dentro del disco rojo. in 1972 este mape fue retirado de la bandera. Una razón dada fue la dificultad para representar correctamente el mapa en ambos lados de la bandera.  La bandera civil y la bandera naval la colocan en el cantón de un campo rojo o blanco, respectivamente.

Design :

Depending on the size of the building, the size of the flag will be 10 feet × 6 feet (3.0 m × 1.8 m); 5 feet × 3 feet (1.52 m × 0.91 m); 2 1/2 feet × 1 1/2 feet (760 mm × 460 mm). The size of the flag for cars is 12 1/2 in × 7 1/2 in (320 mm × 190 mm)
